Here's a guide on how to organize and facilitate design thinking workshops:

Set up the workshop space to facilitate collaboration, creativity, and open communication. Arrange seating to encourage interaction and provide materials such as whiteboards, sticky notes, markers, and prototyping supplies.

Guide participants in synthesizing their ideas and insights into actionable plans and next steps. Identify key priorities, milestones, and responsibilities for moving forward with implementation. Ensure that outcomes are documented and shared with relevant stakeholders.
After the workshop, follow up with participants to ensure that action plans are implemented and progress is monitored. Provide ongoing support and resources as needed to support the implementation of solutions generated during the workshop.
